Imate momački stan, kontinuitet prostora umjesto niza segmenata projektiranih kao različite ”epizode” prvobitne koncepcije stana (na način opsjednutosti idejom separacije programa stana 19. stoljeća); imate stan aktivnosti prije nego stan formi; u njega možete pozvati frendove na gledanje nogometa i pivo. U kuhinji stoga nemate pećnicu, ali imate vinoteku (vine-cooler). Kuhinju uglavnom držite zatvorenu, kliznim staklenim stijenkama. Osim zrcala za brijanje u stanu nema reflektirajućih površina, sve je opaque. Maskulino, suzdržano, prostor komunicira sa sebi sličnima.

You have a dwelling of activities rather than a dwelling of forms. You can invite friends to watch football and have a beer. Thus, you do not have an oven in your kitchen, but a wine cooler. Mostly you keep your kitchen closed by sliding glazed screens. Except for a mirror for shaving, there are no reflecting surfaces in the flat, everything is opaque. It is masculine, restrained, space communicates with space.
