Ovog srpnja Eric Owen Moss završio je najnoviju zgradu u četvrti Hayden Tract u Culver Cityju u Kaliforniji. Razvoj tog pjeskovitog dijela Los Angelesa pokrenuli su 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća Frederick i Laurie Smith, a Moss mu je već pridonio s više od desetak neobičnih zgrada (uključujući “Stealth”, poslovnu zgradu koja se u presjeku iz četverokuta pretvara u trokut, “Beehive” ured, oblikom nalik na pčelinju košnicu te “The Umbrellu”, radikalno dekonstruiran prostor za nastupe Filharmonijskog orkestra Los Angelesa).

In July, Eric Owen Moss completed the most recent structure in Hayden Tract, the gritty Culver City, CA development begun in the 1990s by Frederick and Laurie Smith, to which Moss has already contributed over ten unusual buildings (including Stealth, an office building which transforms from a square to a triangle in section; Beehive, an office shaped like a beehive; and The Umbrella, a radically deconstructed performance space for the Los Angeles Philharmonic).
