Prije nekoliko godina Smiljan Radic je počeo raditi na projektu kuće u Punta Pite, na krajnjem sjeveru Zapallara, blizu mjesta Papudo, na jednom od najspektakularnijih mjesta središnjeg dijela čileanske obale. Može se pretpostaviti da je arhitekt bio pod velikim pritiskom, svjestan značaja samoga mjesta i visoke cijene cijelog projekta.

A few years back, Smiljan Radic started to work on the project of his Punta Pite house in the northernmost part of Zapallar region, near the small town of Papudo, at one of the most spectacular locations of the central region of coastal Chile. It can be assumed that the architect was under a lot of pressure, aware of the significance of this location and the high price of the entire project.
