Pred nekaj leti je Smiljan Radic začel delati pri projektu hiše v Punta Pite na skrajnem severu Zapallarja, blizu kraja Papudo, enem najspektakularnejših krajev osrednjega dela čilske obale. Samo predpostavljamo lahko, da je bil arhitekt pod velikim pritiskom, saj se je zavedal pomena kraja in visoke cene celotnega projekta.

A few years back, Smiljan Radic started to work on the project of his Punta Pite house in the northernmost part of Zapallar region, near the small town of Papudo, at one of the most spectacular locations of the central region of coastal Chile. It can be assumed that the architect was under a lot of pressure, aware of the significance of this location and the high price of the entire project.
