svojih fotografskih delih zavzame umetnik kritično stališče do
arhitekture in socialne kulture favel v brazilskem megalopolisu
Săo Paulu. Osnovna značilnost prostorskega koncepta teh četrti
podrtij, ki se očitno oddaljujejo od formalnega koncepta tradicionalnega
urbanističnega načrta, je dejstvo, da so prebivalci teh bivališč
prav tako tudi njihovi graditelji.

In
his photographic works, the artist takes a critical stance on
the architecture and social culture of the favelas in the Brazilian
megalopolis of Săo Paulo. The main feature of the spatial identity
of these slums, clearly deviating from the formal concept of traditional
urban planning, is the fact that the inhabitants of the dwellings
are also their builders.
